Accessibility

Accessibility is very important to us. Many factors determine whether a space is accessible, including the physical space, gender-affirming care and cost. We are doing our best to create a clinic that is accessible to as many people as possible.

The ADA accessible entrance to our building is around the corner on Joralemon Street, just west of Court Street (see picture to the right). Please note that we put up the “Accessible Entrance” sign; the building might remove it, but this is what the accessible entrance lookalike. There are two ADA-accessible, gender-neutral bathrooms on our floor. We ask that patients who are in common areas, like the waiting room, mask. In private treatment rooms, patients are not required to wear masks. If you have any questions or suggestions about accessibility, please call call us at 917-426-1138.
